products are shipped USPS Priority or Express
mail. Delivery confirmation, with signature
required, and insurance is included.
We do not ship any Kushies Baby™
products to any International destination. If
you are ordering from an international
destination and any Kushies Baby™
products are in your order, those items of Kushies
Baby™ will
not be shipped. You will be notified of the
change to your order via email. Please do not
request an 'exception' be made with your
shipment, in regards to shipping Kushies Baby™.
The
terms of our authorization for reselling Kushies
Baby™
are
outlined, as we have stated, and all
international bounderies are protected. If you
are outside the United States and you wish to
purchase Kushies Baby™ please check the

Terms
of Returns:
We
rarely encounter the need for customer
returns, however, we do want to work with you to
resolve any issue you may have. We will
accept items in their original and unused
condition for refund or exchange within 14 days
of the shipment date. Items must be in
original packaging with all accessories and tags
intact. Clothing must be unworn, unused
and unwashed, with all tags attached. If
an item has been worn or has been washed, it is
not eligible for a return. Returns that
do not meet this criteria will be sent back to
the customer and a refund will not be issued.
Returns on any and all merchandise are subject
to a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise
with any type of customization, special order,
special fabric, or any and all custom requests
are not eligible for returns.
All
returns must be authorized and a RMA (return
merchandise authorization) Number must be
requested on all returns. Please submit your
request for an RMA number by email at:

Returns will only be accepted up to fourteen (14) days
after customer has received the
merchandise. NO merchandise that has been
customized will be accepted. Merchandise with
custom work, custom embroidery, custom fabric
and materials, special order requests, customs
made diaper bags, custom made gift baskets,
custom made onesies, blankets, pants, t shirts
or any item with monogrammed embroidery,
rhinestone/rhinestud, any special requests for
custom made items with personalized details will
not be accepted for any returns.
Sorry,
but returns WILL NOT be accepted without a RMA
(return authorization number).
WE
also DO NOT accept any returns or
exchanges on merchandise that is reduced in
price, on clearance OR on sale. ALL SALES
ARE FINAL ON ANY CLEARANCE OR SALE MERCHANDISE.
All
returns must be in unused, unwashed, and in
brand new condition.
All tags must be intact, un-removed, packaging and receipt must accompany
all returns. If a return has been approved,
please write the RMA number on your receipt,
make a copy for yourself, and return the receipt
with your order. All refunds will appear
as a credit to whatever credit card method was
used at the time of purchase. Please allow
2-4 weeks for any credit or refund to reflect on
your billing history.
Sorry,
but we do not pay for return shipping to us, nor
do we refund original shipping charges.
We guarantee that any items you purchase from
Royal Baby Boutique will be from the authorized
designer that you choose and that all the
merchandise will be authentic, brand new, top
quality, and without flaws. We do not purchase
from Outlets and we are proud
of our association with the companies we are
authorized to represent. We know
that you will be happy with your purchase.
You will be provided with excellent customer
service just like any boutique or specialty
store.
In
the event that there is a manufactured error or
problem with an item you order, that we did not
see before shipping your merchandise, we will
gladly accept a return or exchange for another
item. We will also be happy to refund the
entire purchase, including shipping charges,
should the refund be the result of error by
Royal Baby Boutique. We guarantee 100%
Customer Satisfaction with any of our
merchandise.
Packing
& Shipping Return Merchandise
Returns must be sent using a method of shipping
which provides a traceable tracking service.
We recommend using the USPS Postal Service with
priority shipping and delivery confirmation.
UPS and Fed Ex offer tracking services, as well.
To ensure full credit for your refund, please
ship using a tracking # and be sure to protect
the item so it arrives in new condition. Returns
on all merchandise are subject to a 15%
restocking fee.

customized items, clothing . Here is a
